Let's be here for ourselves, so that we can be there for our loved ones.

As a transformational coach and a mother of 4 children, I realise that with my coaching and parenting experience I can contribute the most into wellbeing and happiness of mothers who are ready to create a thriving future for themselves and their families.

That is why I have decided to organise this support circle.

The online sessions are planned to take place twice a month - every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Time: 10 am - 12 pm Singapore time.

Participation is free of charge.

(Eventually the event might be held in person.)

1 Dec - changes of life with a child - how to keep connection with myself - who is responsible for my or my child's happiness

15 Dec - what are the best choices for me, my child and my family? - breastfeeding / sleep / nutrition / care

5 Jan - fears for the baby - fears that come up because now I have a baby & trusting life and that everything will turn out in the best possible way

19 Jan - accepting and understanding emotions, feelings and any other reactions

2 Feb - what is an ideal mother?

16 Feb - family's health - what messages are behind the symptoms?

Plan of the event:

  1. Share the mission of the group + my story (if there are new participants)

  2. Introductions of the participants and their intentions for today's session (taking into account the topic of discussion)

  3. Introduction into today's topic of discussion

  4. Rules of listening and hearing each other

  5. Questions + sharing time + support time - 1 hour

  6. Sharing feedback: what new have I learnt today? What am I taking with me? What will be my focus for the next 2 weeks?
