Leela is the oldest intuitive practice, preserved in the East, of diagnosing and changing life here and now.
In a playful way, Leela allows players to see solutions to complex issues, expanding their minds in order to better understand themselves, their place in life & their path.
YOUR LEELA GUIDE
Agata Stapelfeldt is the game guide who hasn't only gone through psychological and coaching training & practice, learned about how to play & facilitate the game and guided numerous games, but also, she has spent years in personal practices of self-exploration, self-reflection, self-discovery & self-creation. And she's never stopping her conscious spiritual growth process & transformations.
Additionally, Agata has an extensive life experience as a mother of 5 children, as someone who has studied, worked & lived in Russia, the UK, Singapore & Switzerland & as an up-and-coming singer.
THE GAME PROCESS
1. PREPARATION BEFORE THE GAME DAY
The player books the game & makes an intention to dedicate this time purely to him/herself & the game.
2. PREPARATION RIGHT BEFORE THE GAME
Guided meditation - setting up for the game. This helps the player tune in with his/her sincere question / request / desire / intention. Helps connect to one's inner power & guides & get support that one might need throughout the process. This leads to more meaningful results.
3. ENTERING THE GAME - CLARIFYING THE QUESTION / REQUEST / DESIRE / INTENTION
The die becomes the extension of the player. Number 6 falls out at the right time, when the question / request / desire / intention is the most relevant one for the player.
4. THE GAME
Hours of immersion into the player's life, player's thoughts, ideas, beliefs.. During which, one goes through psychological / spiritual / mental training in a playful way.
Honesty is a big factor that influences the duration of the game. The readiness to transform plays a big role as well.
Additionally, the number of players in one game, the complexity of questions & depth of their intentions influence the duration a lot. The game can take an unpredicted amount of time: from under 1 hour to 6-12 hours and longer.
One can play the game in one session or meet over several sessions (either regularly or whenever one has time).
5. THE GAME HAS TO BE FINISHED
The game ends when the player gets to the end point in the game (the square #68) & finds their answers & gets the relevant insights.
6. ADDITIONAL MATERIALS
During & after the game the player can get ideas themselves or recommendations from the guide in regards to additional practices, books and exercises they could explore after the game, based on their game experience.

HIGH VALUE OF THE GAME
1. QUALITY & RESULT
I never limit the game in time, because it is important to go through it towards completion according to all the game canons. It is vital to explore all your actual questions / requests / desires / intentions even if it lasts more than 12 hours.
We meet as many times as the player needs in order to complete the game.
2. IMMERSION DEPTH
Playing Leela with a guide already has a higher value than playing by oneself. Having a guide who is going their personal spiritual journey consciously, even when they guide the game, is even more valuable. This leads to significant changes in life.
3. ENERGY EXCHANGE
The sages of the past used to say, “In order to get something, you have to give something, the outflow determines the inflow.” I, as a guide, invest the maximum of my resources: mental & emotional, I invest my time & energy. I give all my attention to the process and the players for their benefit. And it's really important for me to keep the value of the game high. The ability to give and take is important for both the guide and the player.
SPACE, TIME, FEES
INDIVIDUAL GAME
We play as long as the player needs (anything from 30 minutes to 20 hours).
The in-person game is held at Agata‘s home in Zurich.
The online game is facilitated on Zoom.
Prices:
The price is either CHF 550 (regardless of the number of meetings or the duration) for one full game or the player is charged on an hourly basis CHF 125 per hour (starting with the minimum payment of CHF 125).
GROUP GAME
Arrangements are made individually.
Additionally, special events are sometimes organised - check Instagram for updates.
SHORT GAME / LEELA 'HINTS'
We arrange a one-hour online meeting on Zoom. The instructions are shared at the time of booking. Price: CHF 125
