My journey in mindfulness began 15 years ago when I realised that I enjoyed learning about health and using this new knowledge and skills in my life… Even before that my friends and family always noticed that I was paying attention to what I was eating. (That was a start…)

I became even more involved in the process of optimising my own and my family's lifestyle (especially the diet) with the birth of my first child almost 10 years ago. I wanted to provide my children with the most optimal nutrition.

Then, realising that learning more about healthy lifestyle, ensuring that I created a supportive environment for my family's health and sharing my knowledge and skills with others was my passion, I decided to dig deeper into this area of expertise and become a certified professional.

In 2018 I completed an extensive online programme by the "Institute for Integrative Nutrition" in the US and became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. This certification enabled me to officially start helping people to maintain or improve their health, while living my true passion.

I didn't stop at one certification and continued to learn more about coaching and life in general by taking other courses, like "Introduction to Life Coaching" at IPS School in Ukraine, "Transformational Life Coaching" Course at "Vektor Rosta" (Growth Vector) School in Belarus and a course to become a master of explorations (deep psychological analysis and transformation) at the "Master Razborov" Academy in Russia. I have also learned directly from various experts and teachers by reading their books, listening to their lectures, participating in their seminars, in order to learn as much as possible from what is available on the Internet that interests me.

In fact, I always continue to learn - the topics of self-exploration, health and happiness - are immense and endless - one can always learn something new. Also, I get a lot of insights through personal transformations and meditation practices.

The combination of knowledge and skills from different courses, lectures, seminars, books and my personal insights gives rise to my own approach to life and health.

I take a holistic approach to lifelong health - I support my clients and students on the physical, psychological and mental levels in all areas of life, as I understand that the body and life can only be truly healthy when we are healthy as a whole.

Moreover, while exploring challenging life situations and problems, we need to respect, love and accept them in order to be able to know the wisdom that they can potentially reveal to us when we want transformations.

After all, all the answers to our questions are already within us. This is why I prefer not to make recommendations, but instead to guide my clients so that they can hear their own wisdom.

Overall, my approach leads to healing in all areas of life, with acceptance and love. And when that is happening, we are naturally becoming healthier and happier.
