What the Participants of the Previous Cycle Are Saying..

It was a month of discovery. I learned to listen and follow my body, cutting out 90% of external influences. Without needing to count my calories as before, I completely changed my approach towards my body. As a result, I am doing different sports and have cut down carbs, and having better sleep. The number on the scale is no longer important, I bought a dress because I FEEL more beautiful than before. Life has become easier by taking away the daily burden of making decisions for my body. The key thing is trusting my body more, and taking full responsibility of my actions.

After this program, I think it's ok to have my plus sized body. I am seeing my body lovingly, and I am more connected to her. My goal was to have 30 days of dance challenge, I ended up sleeping a lot, which was unexpected. I realised I used to push my body, refusing to sleep until after midnight. I have learned to be kind to myself, reducing family responsibilities, asking for help. Learning about resources helped me to manage my time, preparing things ahead, listing my tasks in my notebook. Most happily, my period came after 4 months! I was worried and about to see a specialist. I think my body responded with gratitude. I am less judgemental to myself now. Replaying my dance videos, I could see a difference. I started with being awkward in my first videos. By my last videos, I am proud, I feel beautiful! I am sexy and curvy! To sum up, I discovered freedom, joy and fun.

I started being really anxious in this program, having many rules for my body in order to prepare her for the best condition for pregnancy. At the end of this program, I am at peace. The key difference is stop pushing my body, and only having one simple and achievable goal - drinking water. That's it! Repeating the mantra, "I nourish myself" for the past month changed me. I feel more calm and positive, irregardless of results. What was really weird for me is the cessation of cravings. I am seldom hungry, and I am also less restrictive on my diet. If I feel like eating meat (I was labelling myself as a pescetarian), I eat it because surely, my body was needing protein. I am already thinking of my next 30D goal because by achieving my daily simple goal, I feel happy, confident and proud about myself.
